Zalvora operates an online women’s apparel store, providing casual wear, knit sets, loungewear, and fashion daily outfits. We only provide sales and shipping services within Canada. International sales and international shipping are not available.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult legal resident of Canada and have full capacity to enter into a consumer purchase agreement.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All product prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable Canadian taxes. There are no hidden fees, handling fees, or unexpected surcharges during or after checkout.

4. Free Shipping & Free Return Rules
Free Standard Shipping: All orders enjoy free shipping within Canada with no minimum order requirement.
Free Return Shipping: All eligible returns within our 30-day return window enjoy fully free return shipping. Zalvora covers all return logistics costs, with no charge to customers.
All shipping and return rules are strictly consistent with our published Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

5. Product Information & Accuracy
Zalvora strives to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, images, and specifications on the website are accurate and up-to-date. Product images are for reference only. Minor color differences caused by display devices or light environments do not constitute product quality issues.
We reserve the right to update product styles, materials, and inventory information without prior notice.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights
After you complete payment, your order will enter our processing queue. Zalvora reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order under the following circumstances:

If we cancel your order initiatively, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method without any deduction.
