Size Measurement Guide

Last Updated: August 21, 2026
At Zalvora, we prioritize accurate sizing and comfortable fits for all women’s casual wear, knit sets, sweaters, loungewear, and daily outfits. All measurements below are manually measured in inches to help you choose the perfect size.
Our garments follow standard Canadian women’s apparel sizing. All sizes are true-to-size with soft and stretch-friendly fabric design for maximum comfort.

NECK:
Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck, where the collar would sit comfortably. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back and under your arms. Make sure the tape is secure but not too tight.

WAIST: Find your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso — and wrap the measuring tape around it. Keep the tape comfortably snug.

HIP: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape stays level and wraps evenly around your body.

SLEEVE LENGTH: Start from the center back of your neck, measure across your shoulder, and down to your wrist. Keep your arm slightly bent for the most accurate measurement.
